The purpose of the Users' Group is to promote the exchange of information among users of Microsoft and other related company products that are used in solving business problems.

The goals of the Users' Group are:

To insure the growth and value of the NOBUG Users by pro-actively participating in the dissemination of information of Microsoft and other companies products in as a technology and as an industry. To provide the greatest value for each member from active participation in and support of User Group activities.

The Users' Group shall operate as a not-for-profit corporation Mutual Benefit Organization. The activities of the User's Group shall be conducted in accordance with all applicable Federal, state and local laws, including standards of ethical conduct.
