Article IV--Definitions
4.0 Defined Terms:
In these Bylaws, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- · (a) "The User Group" or NOBUG means the Northern Oregon BackOffice Users' Group.
- · (b) "Users' Group Member" and "Users' Group Membership" refer to, respectively, a member of the collective membership of the Users' Group.
- · (c) "Microsoft" means Microsoft Corporation.
- · (d) "Operational Units" are organized groups of members established by the Board to promote specific goals of the Users' Group. (e.g., SIG's, Regional Groups, Task Force Units, etc.)
- · (e) "Mission and Goals" means the mission and goals of the Users' Group as contained in the Users' Group Mission and Goals Statement.
- · (f) "Year" means the fiscal year of the Users' Group, ending on the last day of the month, as determined by the Board.
- · (g) "Board'' means NOBUG Board of Directors
